"We just ordered 2 large Carmel Mcfrappes waited 30 minutes,after the person told us to pull over in the reserved parking and they would bring them out, after not seeing our frappes not coming out, I went inside and asked about our drinks and I was toldthat they had given them to the car behind us, that they would make us another, they said sorry, but I had to wait another 20 to30 minutes. When our drinks were brought out, they had given me mediums instead of large. We will never go back again!!! PoorService all the way around!!! Do nor go there if you don't want to get ripped off!!!"

I waited 10 minutes for a burger, and I noticed the staff seemed more focused on socializing with one another than on getting orders out.

The only good thing about this visit was that their ice cream machine was working! The buns were hard and the fries were old. Too hard to eat.

Don't get the adult happy meal it was so nasty like the big Mac was cold the fries were so stale The sauce on the big Mac was terrible But the chicken nuggets were kind of good but still nasty

I've traveled extensively and have been to numerous McDonald's locations, including the one in my small hometown, but this one is my favorite. The only downside I encountered was one morning when they ran out of coffee. Seriously, who runs out of coffee? That was a first for me!

"The restaurant is tidy and serves authentic Mexican cuisine. Their homemade tortillas are excellent, and a delicious salsa accompanies the chips. While some knowledge of Spanish can be helpful, the owner communicates well in English. I tried the Chile Rojo and my wife opted for a tostada. Both dishes were impressive. The Chile Rojo features red chili peppers, and the beef and sauce alone are quite flavorful. If you pair the meat with some of the peppers, it adds a bit of spice, which I personally enjoy. The service was excellent; although our waitress had limited English, my basic Spanish allowed us to communicate effectively, and she got our order perfect. We will definitely return for another meal."

"We found a roach in our food!!! My husband ordered us and our kids a 10 piece chicken strip basket they had it out really fast. We go to eat it and the fries were soggy and cold, the chicken was old and hard. On top of that we found a cockroach in with the food!!! I call up there I had to talk to the cook thinking I was talking to the manager who said that I was lying about how the food was! Then I talked to the manager and he seemed like he didn't even care."

"I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Great Ultimate Maximum with a thin crust and ended up being charged $18.87. Not only did I pay for the thin crust, but I was also charged for each individual topping, which added up to a surprisingly high total. A man who ordered the Great Ultimate Superior and Wings after me was charged significantly less. When I asked the cashier about my charges, he insisted that everything was correct. I expressed my disbelief at the amount I was being charged, and he simply replied, "Good." After this experience, I doubt I'll be coming back."

"So… literally everytime you come to this location it’s a menagerie of chaos. When I first moved to the area my husband and I came had to wait for our drinks which were in the drive thru window so the manager and an employee could have a slap fest. I reached through the open drive thru window and got my own drinks and they never noticed. Another time I ordered my families burgers on the app and they REFUSED to bring my order out until I paid and when I showed them my bank account the car hop literally said “fake news” and when I asked to speak to the manager all the high school workers were mocking me and cat calling. I called corporate and never got a refund. Tonight I ordered on the app. When I drove up there was a DOG INSIDE the store barking the car in front of my was just sitting in the drive thru and the the workers were have the best time with the occupants. After 10 minutes of sitting in the drive thru, I drove to a stall checked in and sat there another 10 minutes. I checked in again all while watching the car hop take selfies on her phone in my rear view mirror. She answers and I told her I needed my drinks she said… uh… you have to order first. All of this while there were about 5 6 employees joking around in the kitchen. Lithe problem is not good help at this store it’s Good management."
