"I recently had the best McDonald's experience I've had in at least three years. I wish the staff here could come to my area and show everyone how it should be done! The food was hot and fresh, and it was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic, friendly, and courteous. In contrast, the employees at the three McDonald's locations near me seem indifferent; in fact, I've heard one of them say he doesn't get paid enough to care. I hope my comments can be passed up to management, as I've been unable to get a response from the area manager at those locations. Once again, great job to the Chestertown McDonald's!"

This is one of the top McDonald's in the area. Marcelina, the manager, maintains cleanliness and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Overall it was pretty good, order was messed up on an occasion, but they took care of it quickly. Workers were never anything but pleasant.

I ordered with the app and a very adorable young man brought the order to my car. He was really incredible, very excited and so happy when he saw the sunflower accessories in my car! I smiled inside so happy that sunflowers could make him so happy! His happiness made me happy! Visualizza piatti
