Night and day difference from the payson location, clean, friendly staff, didnt have to wait forever to get my order. On the downside, very busy

Went trough the drive trough the girl giving us our food was rude and said it would take to long to change the syrup for our drinks 4/5 drinks were carbonation

We dined in and the customer service was impeccable! The manager and staff were checking up on us as if we were dining at a fancy establishment. This McDonald's had the best fast food workers I have come across.

They got too many things going on at once and are not listening to your order. Had to repeat myself 3x. So frustrating, especially when the line on the other side has cars moving, while you are just sitting there repeating your order over and over. Very inefficient.

We asked for ranch at both the menu board and window....they didn't give us any.We drove back around and asked for 6 packets...and the manager screamed at us and rudely judged us for it. We have over 20 nuggets and 3 people..not to mention almost 40 bucks in food.I'm not going back. Visualizza piatti

This is the most unorganized and worst staffed McDonald’s. There is always a 20 min wait going through the drive through. They tell you to park in spots that are already occupied. It doesn’t seem to make much of a difference when you order ahead either. This specific McDonalds brings dishonor to the term “Fast” Food. Do better.

The staff at this location are extremely slow at their job; we ended up waiting in the reserved parking lot for 30 minutes just to get two cappuccino frappes. They really need to stay off their phones, especially since this is a "fast" food restaurant. Honestly, these employees are the slowest I've encountered at any McDonald's.

I usually don't rate McDonald's because they consistently provide good customer service, but today was different. We decided to use the kiosk to avoid any mistakes with our order, but that didn't help. Several items were missing, including sauces for the kids' meals and drinks for both my wife and me. We also received a burger that wasn't quite right. After I had to go back and wait for the missing items, the manager was kind enough to apologize for the oversight and asked if we were missing anything else. He was a nice guy, and despite the hiccups, the overall experience was positive. Honestly, this is the first time I've felt that McDonald's deserves a review. Visualizza piatti
