"they should train more employees to know that they do pup cups for dogs.. the 1st 2 employees we saw at the drive thru said no we don't have that and then we noticed the manager and she saw the dogs and gave them pup cups. the people there were poorly trained and our coffees that we ordered with sugar had no sugar in them. the manager was great and the young girl who was at the 2nd window was very nice but the young guy who took our order was not very good at the job nor was he personable. I don't think he is cut out to work with the public unless he is trained much better"

They Never get my order right and food is always cold. If u ask for extra sauce or for something to be well done u get uncooked burgers and stale Cold fries. Worst McDonald's I ever went to.

this mcdonalds is awesome. i ride a bike and they always make sure they i have a proper carry bag, etc.don't go to city market cafe in scranton. it's like the exact opposite of a good mcdonalds. Visualizza piatti

I was here a few months ago and haven't went back. The manager was working and she was supposed to get the two mcflurries that we ordered. We waited 15 mins for her to get them, and she forgot our order. We notified her that she forgot our order, and she slammed the ice cream on the counter without an apology.

They should all be fired who was working tonight. If u don't like your job don't work there. My coffee was cold twice finally after the girl gave me a attitude telling me my coffee isn't cold I asked for my money back. The guy who took my order put I wonder 20 creamers. Are u kidding me! What a bunch of dummy. I love the day shift crew. I'll never go back there at night again.
