I was 18 times at McDonald in the last 30 days, and they could still correct my order. The food is cold, underboiled and very dirty.

The food is great, but I wish they would bring back the salads and wraps. The appetizers are a nice addition that helps keep costs down.

Confuse your orders. Always faster service, especially on Sunday morning. They have their A team for breakfast there every Sunday. as you hardly have time to get a complete stop at both windows, regardless of how busy they are. Visualizza piatti

If you're looking for poor customer service and don't mind waiting 15 minutes for someone to take your order, then this McDonald's is the place for you. They seem to act like it's a hassle when you’re trying to place your order.

I really love the frappés here! The other day, I ordered through DoorDash and my frappé tasted a bit strange. But thanks anyway, McDonald's! I ordered from DoorDash and forgot that I could have gotten it delivered through the McDonald's app. Now I've missed out on my free points!

Updating my old review because yesterday our service and food was wonderful! Even the chicken nuggets were organized! Everything was done in a timely manner. I've lost track of how many times they've messed up my order. The fries are hard as a rock and cold, and the sandwiches look like they've been sitting around longer than at the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The workers at the drive-thru really need to stop playing on their phones and focus on their jobs.

All McDonald's are fast service. And this was no exception. We ordered coffee and it tasted good. And they added sweetener and creams as we requested. Drive thru customer service is always friendly here. We came through a few nights ago around 9pm and it was closed due to staff shortage. Hopefully things will improve for this facility. We visit this establishment daily, and appreciate their hard work.

I've visited this McDonald's several times but have stopped going due to issues with incorrect orders, cold food, and long wait times in the drive-thru. I've also noticed staff at the window texting on their cell phones while customers are waiting. I decided to try the new location, hoping for an improvement, but unfortunately, my experience was similar. Other customers were also expressing their frustration about the poor service.
