Besides the very long wait for my very simple order this was the worst food I've had from McDonald's.

Went and got a quarter pounder meal and a cheese burger meal with 3 strawberry cream pies . Went to enjoy the food and the pies were hard like they have been sitting up for a while and the pie box didn’t even have a “enjoy by sticker “ to inform me how long they been out other than that the cashier and the food handler were very nice and greet-able . As a member of the transgender community I have never been discriminated as I have at this location. I went through the drive in and watched 6 vehicles move through the other lane as I waited. I didn't really get upset until I heard the comments coming through the other speaker and watched the other driver look at me. Rude, distasteful, there is no excuse for this treatment of any person. I'm sure this is what they wanted but I will never go here again...

The food was tasty, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was prompt and reliable, also receiving a 4. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant, even from my home, contributed positively to the experience, matching the other ratings at 4. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

It’s a hit or miss whenever we visit, when we order a plain cheeseburger it’s 50% whether it will be plain or not. The service (depending on who works) will either be friendly or they will just hand you the food and not say a word. Its hard to check all your food especially if there is a line, and you don’t want to cause a backup. It feels like you have to make sure every time you pull out the driveway now to double check. They have forgotten kids meal toys here and there, so the kids also get disappointed. Overall it depends on the staff, but it has gotten better over the past couple of months.
