"The food is McDonald's (can't fault the franchise for a big Mac that is more bread than beef), nothing special, the service is accurate but slow (not the employees fault). Problem is Great Bend needs 2 everytime I've gone the wait is horrible. Go at 3p wait 15 minutes, go at noon wait 20-30. If I want to wait 30 minutes for food I'll goto Applebee's and have many times. I like McDonald's but the wait is irritating and it's not for a lack of great employees, it's the lack of having 2 to service this town. Great bend loves McDonald's, reward the town with 2."

One of the better mcdonalds I've been to. The staff is friendly and lively and they usually get your order right. Mistakes are bound to happen occasionally though. Prices are what you would expect at a mcdonalds, no surprises. Facilities are generally clean and well maintained. Drive through line moves fairly fast. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
