"I had the worst experience at a McDonald's restaurant, and I've dined at McDonald's in three different continents. It felt like there was a bias against non-white customers. I ordered two burgers, chicken nuggets, and fries, and ended up waiting twenty-five minutes. During that time, several other orders came in and were served, while cars in the drive-thru were getting their orders and leaving. My order was marked as completed, yet the girl with the pink hair had us wait longer. When I mentioned it, she assured me it would be ready soon, but then called out another customer's order while we continued to wait. The screen indicated that my food was ready the entire time. As an older Latino man, I noticed that my wife and I were the only non-white customers in the place. While I wasn't overtly mistreated, I felt overlooked, especially since everyone else was being served while I waited. I submitted a complaint via the app, and corporate reached out to say they would investigate. I specifically requested a call from someone to explain the situation, but no one ever followed up. I reopened my complaint, and still, no one called. At this point, I've decided I will never return to this location."

Absolutely terrible experience. I've lived in five different states, and this has been the worst by far. My orders were consistently incorrect, the food was cold, and there were too many issues to count.

This McDonald’s in pickens, they do not care to wait on you or take your order. They never came across to the drive thru lane we were in. Even though we saw the car before us ordered and they went to the other lane and started taking their orders and just ignored us. So we left. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

I waited over 20 minutes for an Egg McMuffin! As compensation for the long wait, they offered a free meal for my next visit. However, when I finally took a couple of bites, I found shells in the egg and couldn’t eat it at all. I searched for my chicken sandwich, but it was the wrong order. We also didn't receive an entire combo except for the drink, and I ended up with the wrong food.

I picked up a mobile order inside this morning. The moment I opened the door, my nostrils were assaulted with a smell unlike any other. It was a mixture of rotten food, B.O., and what I can only assume is toxic waste. I waited 45 minutes for two cheeseburgers and a kids' meal. I never received a receipt when I ordered, and I watched several people who came in after me get their food before us. When I finally received my order, the fries were cold. I would give this a 10 out of 10 for not recommending it! If you really want to go to this place, I suggest driving to the Easley location instead. If I could give zero stars, I would. Service: Dine-in.

Every single time I go here they ask me to pull forward and wait. Doesn’t matter how many people are in line and every single time they forget that they asked you to pull forward. Tonight though they asked so many people to pull forward that people were having to tell them they couldn’t. Finally get home and they put a chicken sandwich in my kids happy meal. They don’t have a kids chicken sandwich happy meal and yet they stuck it in the box. Literally the worst McDonald’s there could be.

"Horrible management. I used to work there and have my own thoughts about the horrible management, but will keep to myself as this is about my brother who has autism. I decided to help him get a job up there because he needed somewhere close and something he believed he could perform well at. He’s worked other jobs before, including other fast food restaurants, and all have said he can perform his specified duties and perform them well. I talked to the GM for him, mentioned the autism and his work history, and he was hired by the GM. So at this point his autism is 100% recognized and acknowledged. He started Friday and I was told I needed to talk to him because “he wanted to keep talking to people about video games”, but did not say he performed poorly or not at all at his duties. Now I know he likes to talk about those types of topics a lot and sometimes can be agitating, but keep in mind he has autism, so this is not irregular. 2. While I don’t mind having that discussion with him, why would management not recognize this as their responsibility, which it is. This annoyed me, but I let it go and went on about my day. But then yesterday, Saturday Nov. 18th, they decided to let him go due to him apparently asking for weekends off going forward. 1. I fully believe the actual reason is due to the management not wanting to take the time to give extra training or give him a chance at all. 2. Once again, he has autism and is also a student at the local high school as a senior. So he also has school to focus on top of having a disability and now a job. The management was not willing to somewhat try to work with his request or give him a chance. Under the ADA act employers are required to give reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities when requested. I’m not saying having both weekend days off every weekend is entirely reasonable, but they could have helped him in some way and fulfilled his reasonable request in some way. If you read all this and agree with me on the managements poor decision then I ask you please share this with all the locals of pickens, friends, anyone you know who eats at this specific Burger King etc. They need to be held accountable, especially since the poor management has been mentioned time and time again including when I worked there. Thanks!"

"I tried a selection of tacos: carnitas, pastor, and steak, all served on soft, warm corn tortillas with cilantro and onion. The red and green hot sauces were both delicious and just the right level of spiciness, so my wife could enjoy them too. I appreciate spicy food, and these sauces hit the spot. The tacos came with a basket of hot and crispy chips, which, while not my favorite style, were still enjoyable. We also received two salsas—one mild and one with a bit more heat—both of which were tasty. My wife ordered three beef tacos in crunchy shells, filled with a minced beef mixture and topped with sour cream. They resembled the tacos from Taco Bell but were likely more in line with what the locals enjoy. My wife loved them as well. We also appreciated the refried beans. Overall, the prices were very reasonable."

"i love the pizza here and the fact that you can carry out from the bar makes it so much more convenient to enjoy a variety of pizza while at work. i dined in one night and had Taylor as my server. she was nothing short of amazing and made it very clearthat her job was to make sure as a customer im satisfied, and she did just that. very outgoing personality, sweet and respectfulyoung lady. i would also like to acknowledge Ann for her hard work and dedication to her job. she made sure to keep the buffetin rotation with all kind of pizzas, something for everyone to enjoy. she offered to make a specialty pizza for me if i wantedit. she's a sweetheart as well and always a pleasure to deal with. i love the fact that these ladies take pride in their workand aim to please the customers. it just makes the food taste even better, lol ! as long as they're a part of pizza inn, i'llforever be a customer."

"The meals weren't very appealing for photos; it seemed like the food was just dropped on the plates and brought out. My husband ordered arroz con pollo y camarones, which came loaded with onions, peppers, squash, and mushrooms. He said it wasn't bad. I had stepped away to wash my hands when the server took our orders, and he mentioned he would return. We ended up having to find him again, and I ordered shrimp and rice. Everyone else received their meals except for me. The manager noticed my absence and went to check on my order. By that time, the rest of the group had finished eating. When my food finally arrived, the rice was overcooked and clumpy, and the shrimp were rubbery. Overall, we enjoyed our time at El Agave in Pickens and plan to return, but considering we dined between 2:00 and 2:30 PM when it wasn’t busy, I expected a better experience all around."
