She is just awesome she has the best attitude she is so nice and literally makes my day when she waits on me at the window. I forget her name, but she is awesome and deserves a raise! McDonald's is quite the same everywhere... a young, busy staff, the Golden Arches, the waiting in line-thru, the gold and red colours. Our McDonald's in Big Stone Gap, Virginia is exactly the same. It is clean, the staff are friendly and efficient and well organized by management. There is no long waiting time as in large cities. Who doesn't like McDonald's?

Update: It seems they did make some changes because the service has been much better lately. Most of my complaints have been resolved. The Big Stone Gap location used be pretty good but seems to be struggling lately. Wait time in drive thru are excessive and food has been poor on several occasions. Sometimes everything is fine and the next time it's horrible. Very inconsistent. I hope they are able to get everything straightened out. Very fast ,and very good when on the move Parking: There's always room to park just not a huge parking lot but it is enough for anyone needing parking Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly there is a inside area that you can have kids and friends it's not huge able for maybe 25 to 30 persons at one time so if you have kids you can find seating but there's not a huge selection of seating. But all in all very accommodating. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair accessible but it's small with isle small as well might be difficult for a person in a wheelchair, I would consider if it's very necessary to shop however there is handicabable bathrooms that can accommodate a wheelchair...
