The kids working here were polite and friendly, but the bathroom was very dirty as was the door entering Mc D's. It was firty and sticky! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Worst McDonald’s ever been to. Employees rude fries were cold and I order a large and was served a medium. Cheese burgers were cold as well. Would not recommend this location at all Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I can't be too critical since it's California. The food and service were excellent, and the staff did a great job. However, the atmosphere was lacking, with locked bathrooms and no mirrors, which is a drawback in the current California climate. It reminded me of my time in Detroit. I feel bad for everyone who works here. The guy taking drive-through orders was very apologetic after saying welcome to me twice. I assume he was helping out his coworkers because they are completely understaffed and just got flustered. The workers here are almost always friendly. The company does not care for them at all, though. Hopefully, they will get some more help soon. Service: Take out

We were involved in an accident nearby and had to wait for the police and a ride for about four hours. During this time, Maria, the manager, was incredibly hospitable! The entire team was fantastic! They made us feel welcome, providing my kids with happy meals, and they engaged warmly with every customer throughout our stay. The crew working that day was exceptional and truly deserves recognition! Great job, McDonald's – you have an amazing team!
