It's a McDonald's. The staff here is very friendly and they are always courteous. The error rate is not too shabby but I'd like it if the ice cream Machine worked more often at night.

came here for breakfast and waited 40 minutes for my food just for them to tell me they handed it to the wrong person. Now it's past breakfast time so I'm unable to get what I originally ordered. Do not recommend this location at all.

The service was terrible I went in and waited for someone at the register for a while and when I finally got someone they mumbled everything. I ordered two plain double cheeseburgers and when I got them there was onions on them both. The bathrooms were dirty and nasty. I don't recommend at all. Visualizza piatti

This is the friendliest McDonald's we've ever been to! We used the drive-thru and app. They were running a tad behind, so they apologized and had us park on the side of the restaurant. Then, a very friendly male employee brought us our food and apologized again. We really didn't even have to wait that long, and our order was all correct!

I just left Chipley Hospital feeling hungry and decided to stop by this McDonald's, which is supposed to be open 24 hours. However, it was closed when I arrived. There were employees inside working, but they weren't taking any orders! The outdoor menu was also turned off, and this was confirmed in person when I went through the drive-thru.

Placed a curbside pick up order. When I arrived there were maybe a dozen cars in the drive thru que. Waited at the curbside pickup and notified via app i arrived. Waited 10 minutes no one came out, however every car in the drive thru que had been served plus a few more. Finally had to go inside to get my order. If you place a mobile order ahead of time because you're pressed for time, you'll find that they prioritize the orders of people in line instead. This really undermines the entire reason for ordering ahead. With McDonald's prices rising, if I can't even expect to receive my food quickly, what's the point of going there anymore? It's neither fast nor affordable, and the quality hasn't improved. It's surprising how they've managed to fall below my already low expectations.

RUDEST cashier ever!! The vehicle in front of was greet well and we're making jokes, we pulled up said good morning (we are Mexican American) and the lady gave us the nastiest look. Told us the amount and kept repeating it as if we didn't understand the language. We order a large coffee and some breakfast, they handed us our food but asked us to pull forward and they will bring our coffee to us. When my husband took a sip it spilled all over him as there was lil holes in the cup. Y'all are humans just like us so don't judge or treat ppl that aren't white like crap.

McDonald's disappointed us once again. Imagine this: you place an order, and then you're unexpectedly pushed out of line, only to be stuck at the front of the store behind several other cars. They clear the screen, making it seem like they're getting things done, but it’s just misleading. Eventually, a woman comes out to distribute the food, but she ends up giving the wrong items to the wrong people. Frustrating! When we finally received our order, we found barely any fries in our large portion and the burger was burnt and tasted dry. By the way, we ordered around 10:40 in the morning.
