"This was the worst McDonald's experience I've had. The fries were cold despite the restaurant being busy, and the chicken sandwich was tough and rubbery. The Quarter Pounder was lukewarm and lacked flavor. On the positive side, the coffee was good, but both my husband and I ended up with stomach issues all night. As usual, we had to pull up and wait at the end of the drive-thru line."

The owners need a new manager who holds their people accountable. Sad this is the only place in Hanover and you get stuck with people who absolutely do not care.

"I had a disappointing experience today, as it seems this place only gets it right 60% of the time. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, but what I received was more like a McMuffin. Come on!"

They need to work on the pull forward instructions and stop forgetting they left someone waiting!!! I had to get out and go in for my drink, after waiting 10 minutes. I won 't be pulling forward again!!!

The food was good the chicken nuggets where awesome sometimes at other McDonald's they taste funny but this place has them in point and the guy that took out order it was his first day I believe and he did awesome they got a solid effort going with consistent quality therefore outstanding potential.
