We were driving through and stopped in. The shake was yummy but the service was not friendly and the store was not too clean.

The restaurant is quite stingy with their condiments. I had to leave the drive-thru, go inside, and request a reasonable amount!

Usually very reliable, this location is slipping on quality. On three recent visits, the fries were not as fresh. Yesterday I was upcharged for two nuggets sauces, and recieved none of the for suggested to me.Still fast service. Just slipping on quality details.

It’s quite frustrating that employees who are well-paid can’t seem to remember to include sauces in our orders, even though we pay for them. This has happened several times. So if you decide to dine here, don’t be surprised if your order is missing items. Good luck! Visualizza piatti

I've gotten my orders not necessarily wrong here but things have been made the wrong way. I like that the food is assembled the same way every single time but this particular McDonald's has an issue with keeping things consistent. It's great food but it's just not consistent.

My friend and I went through the drive thru in Sandpoint when we got to the window they handed us our food I checked the bag before we left the window I noticed that they gave us 2 sandwiches that were wrong I told them and the manager was extremely rude to us. I don't if you don't like people or you were just having a bad day however you work in customer service the way you talked to us and treated us was out of line. Even when I came into talk to you about it you were still rude. I was so upset from this experience I didn't even eat my food.

I went thru the drive through and it was busy so I had to pull over. The gentleman brought my food right away but I noticed the fries weren't as hot as I like them. Quickly and with a smile he said oh I'm sorry let me fix that for you. I waited maybe 30 seconds and another great and nice worker by the name of Hope brought me my hot fries. I was kind of in a grumpy mood but she put a smile on my face right away. Hope was sweet and knowledgeable about the items on my burger as I wasn't sure what came on it. Just her sweet attitude alone should either give her a raise or promoted to manager so she can hire and train workers to be just like her. I did not feel like a customer, I felt like a gues...
