"The tacos at this restaurant were very dry, regardless of the type of meat used (shrimp, carne asada, pastor). They lacked seasoning and were not enjoyable. The shrimp used in the tacos seemed to be low quality and not properly cleaned. The mariscos cocktails might be worth trying, but I cannot speak to their quality. The tortillas at another nearby restaurant are much better and the place is always crowded, whereas this restaurant was empty. It's not clear why the owners of this restaurant do not strive to improve and create a unique dining experience."

"I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to give a heads up to those who frequent this place. I only come here maybe once or twice a year. The chicken here is top-notch, earning it 4 or 5 stars. While the prices are not the cheapest, the -1 star comes from the customer service. Not everyone is rude, but every time I have been here or ordered over the phone, there has always been at least one rude person. They are always in a hurry to rush you out and don't seem to care about providing good customer service. If you inquire about your food, they act bothered and take forever to give you an update. The owners really need to address this issue."

"This restaurant is a hidden gem! Ask Brenda or Greg for recommendations and you will not be disappointed. I appreciate that their Thai iced tea is not overly sweet. This was my first experience with Lao food and it was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is clean and beautiful, with friendly and welcoming service. The food is even better - everything was fresh and served hot. The staff here are clearly passionate about their cuisine and their talent shines through in every dish. I highly recommend trying their Lao fried rice lettuce wraps, orange chicken, Chinese greens with pork, and mango sticky rice. We are looking forward to returning to try more items on their menu. The restaurant offers plenty of parking in their private lot and accepts cash, credit cards, and more."

"Response to Owner: Thank you for your response, Thania. I appreciate your honesty. You’re absolutely right that we ordered burgers and hot dogs for 50 people to be picked up at 11:00 and requested everything to be separate for assembly. However, I knew the food would likely be cold by the time we ate, which wasn’t the best choice. Your steamed grill Dodger dogs were wrapped in Farmer John hot wrap, and I understand that the longer they’re wrapped, the more moisture they retain. Nevertheless, our previous experiences with catering hot dogs didn’t have this issue. While we were okay with them being cold, the biggest disappointment was that they lacked flavor."

"I was really disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy the food due to the terrible service I encountered. When I walked in and approached the counter, the hostess just looked at me without any acknowledgment—not a smile, no indication that she would be with me shortly, nothing. I waited for about 10 minutes while she attended to her other tasks, making drinks and taking orders from tables, all while ignoring my presence, even though she could see I was waiting. Ultimately, I decided to leave because I didn’t want to experience any more subpar service. The food did look great, so it’s a real shame I missed out. I hope they provide better customer service training soon so I can come back and try the food."
