"I ordered a straightforward breakfast consisting of 6 sausage McMuffins with egg and 6 hash browns. Unfortunately, I drove a few blocks away before checking the bag. When I finally opened it, I discovered I had received 6 breakfast sandwiches, but only 5 hash browns, and there were no napkins at all. Is it really that hard to count to six and include some napkins? If I could give this experience zero stars, I would, but the app only lets me give a minimum of 1 star."

The breakfast crew is pretty good about getting my order right. I order med.coffer,large coke and one sausage mc muffin simple so wuts to mess up. But I love the morning crew.

The customer service was very disappointing. The staff didn't make eye contact when handing over the food and didn't even offer a simple "have a nice day" or anything of the sort. It felt impersonal and lacked warmth.

I'm really frustrated with the service I've been getting. The fries and burgers are consistently cold. Instead of discarding food after the designated time, they sell it, which is unacceptable. With the long lines, there's no reason for me to be served cold food. Visualizza piatti

I recently visited the drive-thru and had a frustrating experience. I had to wait a long time on the other side, and the line was quite long, which seemed to discourage many customers. When I finally got my fries, they were soggy, and there was cheese all over the pavement. It felt like a very careless situation!

This was the worst location I've ever visited. I waited in the drive-thru line, only to be directed to a separate line for my crispy sandwich. I ordered a free Big Mac with no onions and no pickles, but they could have at least skipped the rotten piece of lettuce. I'm truly disappointed. What a waste of my time and this location. I ended up throwing the sandwich away.
