I generally go to Mel’s on Saturday or Sunday morning every weekend to get breakfast. Cannot say enough about the staff. They are super kind and friendly. Food order is always quick prices are good and everything always taste excellent. I always look forward to it on the weekend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

I'm not generally a fan of Coney Island restaurants. I find them to be very mediocre. This isn't the case with Mel's Cafe. I walked in skeptical, but left as a fan! Our service was good, and very fast. I had a salad that stands out as my best salad at a coney type restaurant in as long as I can remember. This is definitely a stand out place for a quick meal that's still really delish!!
