This is undoubtedly one of the best gluten-free breakfasts I've had in the country. I travel a lot throughout the US, and I'm so glad I found this place on my journey. We have consistently had great experiences at this pancake house. We enjoy it so much that we come in at least 2 to 3 times a week. We truly appreciate all the waitresses, although like anyone, we have our favorites. Ashley has been especially amazing; her outgoing nature and delightful personality never fail to brighten our day. I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was incredibly impressed by how warm and welcoming everyone was! I felt like a regular because of the way I was treated. The service was outstanding; my dog received a water bowl at the same time I got my drinks, and those little touches make all the difference. One of the staff members even came over to apologize for the wait on our gluten-free pancakes, which I thought was very considerate (we totally understood and weren’t upset at all).
