"Since I was trying to stick to my diet but had a craving for lamb, I chose the Signature Greek Salad along with a Gyro Sandwich. When it arrived, I was blown away by the generous portion: a large plate brimming with a colorful mix of salad ingredients, 8 to 10 pieces of tender lamb, pita for two sandwiches, and their delicious sauce. I wish I had taken a picture to share! It was incredibly flavorful, packed with feta, and absolutely worth the price. I also appreciate that this is a family-owned business; their evident love for cooking and sharing their passion is clearly what has kept them thriving for 11 years. I will definitely be coming back soon!"

"Tarpon Springs is an interesting place to visit. There 's an odd mix of tourists, locals, and out-of-towners that keeps the area feeling like a tourist trap, but still maintains a certain local charm. Being a settlement of the Greeks back in the day for sponge diving, there is certainly no shortage of Greek themed food establishments. Yeah, some famous named TV chef endorses this one restaurant, and some slightly famous food video blogger raves about another, blah blah. But there is a nice, slightly off the path gem called Costa 's right there in the center of town. First, the service. perfect every time. Nice, friendly, and prompt. Second, the prices are very reasonable. Third, the food is quite simply the best Greek/Mediterranean cuisine on the planet. Portions are more than sufficient to satisfy the largest appetites. Always start with the Saganaki (flaming cheese). We 've had so many wonderful dishes here. The Mousaka will blow your mind! The lamb shank can almost feed two. The Souvlaki (chicken or pork) is so juicy and tender and comes with a ton of garnishes. Their Greek salad is a work of art and comes with a dressing that nears a religious experience. Let 's talk Gyro meat for a second. There are so many variations and recipes for a good Gyro. But, Costa 's has the absolute best Gyro meat on the planet. The seasonings aren 't over bearing and the meat is always glistening with juices and so very tender. When in Tarpon Springs, get away from the dolphin cruise barkers and redundant tourist gift shops for a bit and sit your butt down at Costa 's for grub. You will NOT leave hungry, guaranteed. I would recommend doing a dolphin cruise, BEFORE eating though. There are no public facilities on Anclote Island and the accommodations on the dolphin cruises would be less than desirable for any such... needs ."

"Wow, what a great experience! We ordered at the window and I was already feeling excited because I wanted something different. I usually can't be pulled away from my usual choices, but the onion rings caught my eye! I also ordered the chicken and mushroom dish with a Philly swirl. They forgot the mushrooms, but it didn't even matter because the food was amazing! It was cooked perfectly and not reheated from earlier. At first, I thought it was a little pricey, but then I saw the portion size and realized it was actually a great deal. You can definitely share everything on the menu! The portion of onion rings was huge, and it came with a 20oz drink. The only thing I would change is having fountain drinks with refills, but I can just bring my own drink next time. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won't be disappointed! The staff even suggested trying the pizza, so I might have to do that next time."

"My wife ordered the Escargot appetizer, and despite my initial hesitation, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. The mushrooms and cream sauce complemented the escargot beautifully. While the main courses seemed a bit pricey, the portion sizes made them worth it. I had the osso bucco with grits, and the meat was cooked to perfection and impeccably seasoned—it practically fell off the bone and melted in my mouth. My only minor complaint was that the carrots were a tad salty, but that didn't matter much given how fantastic the meat was. My wife opted for the duck served with potatoes and corn. Her duck was also cooked perfectly—super tender with crispy, well-seasoned skin, and paired with a blackberry coulis that added just the right touch of sweetness to the rich duck. Her side dishes were delightful as well. The menu features so many other intriguing dishes that we're eager to try, and we can't wait to return!"

"This place is just too busy. Yes it MIGHT be good. The person on the phone WILL be rude, if you can get through. Won?t listen to you half the time. Then when you go up there the cook, she spends just so much, TOO much time talking, is slow anyway, and thephones ringing! If your order is messed up. TOO FREAKING BAD! PACK A SANDWICH! By far some of the worst customer serviceEVER! Like I said, so busy they dont care about losing a customer or two, or five. Ok pizza, not the best but with the worstphone, cook and delivery service it?s just not worth it. Will not order from there EVER AGAIN! Look at the pic, wouldn?t doanything for me even though I took the time to go up there. Had to go up there because they weren?t answering the phone!"
