"I am writing to you to let you know how disappointed we were with service at ML Tavern restaurant. Our reservations were on Oct 1, 2022, at 7:30 PM for 8 people. Our group was seated at a round table with plenty of room. One of our friends whose husbandrecently past way wanted to join us for a drink. We have politely asked management for extra chair. We told there are no extrachairs in ML Tavern restaurant on Saturday night. Really !!! No chairs at restaurant. We have expected much more from aprestigious and reputed restaurant of your standards. This is not what we expected at all. The manager was rude andunprofessional and asked us to give back a single chair found. I’m a Ukraine born and speak with slight accent it does notgive any persons to discriminate or be bullied by your staff. We were told leave your restaurant."

My husband and I decided to have a date and went to ML. It was as expected. We went early, so it was not crowded. We sat at a high table by the Bar excellent service, drinks and food

Great atmosphere, good food, friendly managers, however the tall bartender needs to have an attitude check. All patrons should be treated the same. She needs to learn to speak to everyone in the same manner. Everyone is paying the same but tipping isbased on the the personality and expertise of the bartender!

Lovely as always. I must say we were a bit surprised that ML has increased their seating capacity during covid. There were, however, plexiglass barriers up at the bar between patrons. The manager was very accommodating when we asked to be at seated at a different table than where the hostess was originally placing us. Excellent food, very polite and accommodating staff.
