"They may not have been at their best when we visited for lunch on a Sunday in late June. We arrived just after 1 PM to find the restaurant completely empty—there wasn't a single customer until we called out. We ordered a bento box, two bowls of rice with toppings (Unagi Don and Oyako Don), and two sodas. Unfortunately, all the dishes were quite uninspired. The chicken in the Oyako Don did not appear to be grilled as advertised. The seasoned rice was bland—surprisingly disappointing for a place that specializes in rice dishes. Even the plain rice served with the Unagi Don was lacking in quality. Overall, nothing impressed us, though thankfully we didn't get sick. We were simply let down after making the effort to come here for lunch. The price was steep too, totaling over $60 before tip for such mediocre food."

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with delicious rolls and excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it is BYOB, enhancing the overall experience. The recently remodeled dining area is also a major improvement.

I would advise caution when dining at this restaurant. The sushi was not fresh and I ended up getting sick from it, likely due to food poisoning. In addition, the order was not prepared correctly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
