"Tonight, I decided to bring my family in to dine at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience didn't improve. The older gentleman working there was unpleasant and seemed to be scowling at my children for simply being kids, which created an awkward atmosphere. When we were asked if our order was for here or to go, we replied that it was for here. However, they handed us a box as if we were meant to leave. We opened the box at the table, and when we requested paper plates, we were told they didn’t have any. Throughout the visit, it felt like the staff didn’t want us there at all. I've tolerated the rudeness for years, but the treatment we received tonight was the final straw. I won't be returning to this restaurant any longer. As for kid-friendliness, it’s not a welcoming place. The older gentleman was rude to my wife when our 2-year-old son innocently stepped into the space behind the counter."

Just ordering the pizza was almost impossible because the woman could barely speak English. The food is garbage and extremely overpriced. What happened to mountain mike's?

this is the only good place to have pizza i have the combo and it was sooooo goooood and they were so helpful thank you to every one who was working there so clean and 100% coming back

The woman working there was the rudest person I've ever encountered in the food industry! Mountain Mike's is my favorite pizza, but this location is disappointing, to say the least. I ended up going to Round Table across the street because of her attitude! Visualizza piatti

Such a great location! My family hosted a game night here before the pandemic, and the owners were super welcoming! Food is great, too, with all of their many different dishes leaving a lasting good impression. You can tell that you're getting some of the best pizza around. Combined with the friendly service, it's easily a five-star location.

Some employees are nice, but the people who own this place are extremely unprofessional, sometimes inaccurately creepy. Mountain Mike 's as a franchise is a dying business, and this place reflects this quintessential. The special owners I refer to are very sad bitters, despite all attempts to be warm, they are dead inside and rudely rude. I was 50 times in there and it just got worse in the last three years until I never returned. A shameful family is the only way I could describe it. Taking bets will close this place by 2025!
