"Absolutely horrible!!! Ordered dinner for pick up at 5, picked up at 530. Got home and it was missing my daughters meal, so we called and they said it would be delivered. I give them specific directions as my address doesn't show up proper in google maps. Waited 20 min (we live 5 min away) I called them back and they said they needed to confirm my address.... I give them directions again to my house and wait another 20 minutes... They call me and tell me they need to confirm my address yet again and that it is not correct. Again I give them exact directions and ask if they will be sending a new order since it had been over an hour at this point and the food would be cold. Another 20 minutes and we finally get the food, I had asked for a refund at this point which they gave us 20 bucks for the one burger. Daughter opened the bag and no side with the burger.... You're kidding right! So I call back again, manager will have to call me back. Another 30 minutes later I get a call, she said oh the side must have been in the first bag you picked up.... It was not.. The other burgers came with the side in the same box. Then I was told it shouldn't matter since we got the 20 dollar refund (our bill was $81) so no side, no apology and over 2 hours of ridiculousness. The manager didn't not seem to have a care and was fine with losing our business, which she certainly did!! Plenty of great restaurants in Olds, don't waste your money here!! "

Food and service is always excellent. Even though the restaurant was full we had fast and friendly service and our food came quickly and was delicious. Thank you!

Mr. Mikes in Olds has great staff who are attentive, efficient, and caring, but the food is a little on the boring side. It is delicious but lacks a little pizazz. My wife's rib meal did not include veggies which was a little surprising Visualizza piatti

As usual, the service was outstanding, the food was incredible and the four of us enjoyed ourselves fully. This was our second time here at Mr. Mike's and I had to try the steak and lobster tail with a skewer of shrimp. My wife and son-in-law enjoyed the Oscar and it was the first time that my wife cleared her plate and left nothing. Can't wait to go back and try something new.

This was our best experience with Mr. Mikes! We have been at other locations and thought that they were not worth a repeat visit but not at this spot in Olds! Right from the moment we walked in the door the manager met us and regularly checked on us as and serving staff, although relatively new to the restaurant provided great service.The rib eye steak was excellent and so was the off menu desert Junk Bowl part of our time there was enjoyed, including the entertaining artwork around the restaurant. This Mr. Mikes is worth a visit. We will be back and bring our friends
