The food and drinks were excellent before the Providence College basketball game. Breakfast was great, and the Bloody Marys were absolutely fantastic!

Excellent food and staff!!! The O.G. burger was to die for!!! Their **** Mary recipe was a perfect blend of juice and spices and there Reuben egg rolls, yassss!

Went for lunch while at a conference downtown. First time there and it was great! Generous portions on the sandwiches. Even though it was crazy busy, our server gave us equal attention. can’t wait to check out the night life there!

We loved it here! I really think the Smokehouse burger is the best burger I've ever had. Half pound gurger cooked perfectly medium rare with bacon onions and coleslaw on the bottom served on perfectly toasted Texas toast. Outstanding! And a great tap menu!

Spent the weekend at 'The Dean '...Murphy 's was the best part about the stay (the dean, was less than pleasant). We had Saturday PM dinner, food was amazing (wings potato skins best I 've had, great salads clearly fresh/homemade shepards pie), drinks were great, service awesome atmosphere perfect to watch the Bs game. Love Murphy's!! The owner is so friendly and welcoming she makes me want to keep coming. Feels like a real Irish pub with good vibes, people, and food. Drinks are gr es t and food is even better! I love the impossible Shepards pie , you'd never know it was vegetarian. Reason why I gave 4 stars is every now and then when the owner and her son aren't there the service and quality aren't as good. For the most part it's consistent and fabulous

I stayed at a hotel nearby, and this restaurant came highly recommended by a friend from Providence. It certainly lived up to the praise! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. I love the rustic decor and the overall vibe of the place. Louis, who was behind the bar, was fantastic! I also had the pleasure of meeting his mother, Ruth, who is one of the owners. I truly enjoyed my time there; they are genuinely great people! The food was outstanding, particularly the Reuben with added cole slaw and pastrami. This was my first visit, and they absolutely nailed my experience! I highly recommend this cool spot! Thank you, Louis and Ruth, for being amazing!

I consider this review a placeholder as I haven't eaten here yet granted I went for just the bar and that alone was efficient and good UPDATE! So as is customary for myself when eating at a new establishment I order a cheeseburger. If you can't make a good cheeseburger then the recipe food isn't even worth trying. I am happy to report that this place makes a really good cheeseburger nice and thick juicy I asked for it to be cooked medium most places serve it to you a little bit closer to medium well, this place served it to me at a perfect medium.
