"Honestly, this is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a restaurant. I made the big mistake of placing the order online. I immediately called them to say that I wanted to get the dinner Bar B Qued but I didn’t see it as an option. They literally said ok and hung up on me. I got there and the lady yelled at me. They acted as if they had no clue what I was talking about. Yelled at each other. Then, looked at me with a disgusting look basically saying they don’t speak English can’t understand a word I am saying. Then, after 3-4 min of this they said we don’t BBQ. I said ok then. The lady yelled at me again and I still have no clue what she said either time. The Man the day both continued to yell at each other speaking a different language. I’m not sure if it was Japanese but if it was it was a dialect I’m not familiar with. I said ok did u out a fork in the bag she pointed at the counter and guess what was sitting on the Comintern? The hot sauce you use to BBQ. So I’m not sure what that is about. I do not recommend this place at all. I am left in utter confusion still sitting in my car out side the restaurant trying to process what just happened. I really can’t wrap my brain around the encounter I just had. I felt like I was for sure in some foreign country they didn’t welcome outsiders especially not Americans. The place is sketchy as hell too. I can’t be the only one that has had an issue like this. There has to be more. Vegetarian options: I don’t know for sure but I do know they have vegetables. But I’m not sure if they are cooked on the same grill as the meat. Or if that is an issue. Parking: There isn’t much parking. The parking lot has 2 spots reserved for Nagano Customers Only. Then, the rest belongs to a Smoke Shop a bar that both stay open really late."

The food is excellent, and we often order from Uber Eats. However, the restaurant itself is quite old and has a smell that I find unpleasant.

I have tried twice to get 4) side orders of noodles. The second time I got 2) orders, then sent my son in for 2), still wouldn't serve us!!!May be good food, your own opinion), but horrible customer service!!!!I won't order from here any more

Waffle House always first,then here for lunch,the husband and wife combination is great very friendly. The food here is excellent you'd never think about stopping here to eat. Limited tables maybe 5 restaurant style bench tables take out recommended. Visualizza piatti

Great food.. I've been going there for the last 20 years. And it's one place in the plaza that has stayed there for as long as I can remember every other business in that plaza has been replaced multiple times so that should tell you something right there. Great food and they're usually fast with getting your food prepared..

I dined here a few years ago and enjoyed the food. It's been about four years since then, and I've been trying to find this place ever since. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the owner's daughter assured me that her mom said the food would be good, and it truly was. The dishes were well-seasoned, and the people were very nice. The place could use some remodeling, but I'm not sure how it currently looks since I haven’t been back in a while.
