"We actually wanted to go to a different restaurant in town at first because of a past bad experience at Nayeli’s. Unfortunately the other place was closed. The only other restaurant nearby was not great either so we decided on Nayeli’s. We should have ordered the pizza to go but the kids wanted to eat inside. Bad mistake. The place was filthy. Tables, benches, floors. We were told to seat ourselves. There were 2 tables left very messy after people left so we walked down to some that seemed picked up. Unfortunately they too were disgusting. I wiped the table down with some napkins. We ordered soft drinks but I ordered water. It did not just taste like city water but chemicals. Bad. The soft drinks tasted that way too. We ordered loaded nachos as an appetizer and a large pizza. The nachos took a while. They weren’t too bad but very little ingredients accept lettuce and the chips were fried and dripping with grease. When we started eating a beeping noise started. Like an alarm clock sound. It went on forever so my son followed the noise. There was an alarm clock in the men’s bathroom. Weird. It was still beeping when we left. The place should not have been so nasty and the food should not have taken so long. There were no other people in the restaurant but us and there were 4 people standing around talking in the kitchen. When the pizza finally came, I had it. I asked the girl to box the pizza to go. Instead of bringing the hot, messy pizza to the kitchen to box it for us, she brought the box to the table. There was barely any room and like I said, the pizza and pan were hot. It was difficult to put in the box where it sat on the stand. At least the employees were nice. When we got the pizza home, it was good but lots of burnt chunks on the bottom from what I suspect is a dirty oven. Needless to say, this place is not worth our business. I do not recommend."

Ordered a pizza. Delivered. Realized it was not what I ordered. Called to inform them. They denied the error. Their solution.... You can BUY ANOTHER PIZZA at full price. LOST my business and EVERYONE I Tell. Very poor customer care

The pizza at this restaurant is extremely dull. The sauce lacks flavor and the meat toppings have no spice. I even had to add salt to my pizza, which was disappointing. The square cuts are too large and difficult to eat. I really wanted to enjoy this pizza, but it was just underwhelming.

My cousin and I got burgers for lunch from this restaurant and they were so good we got burgers for lunch again the next day. Ordered a pizza and sandwich. Was told it would be and 1 hr to 1&15 min. Called at 1.5 hours and they said the driver was on the way. Called again at 1 and 50 min and they said oh the driver had car troubles were waiting for the next driver to get here then we will get your order out. .2 hours for pizza. Please. Keep your pizza and keep losing business. Absolutely ridiculous

We are frequent customers of Nayeli's restaurant. We usually order her delicious pizza, while I always go for the Caesar salad with fried chicken strips.
