I recently made a spontaneous stop at Nekter Juice Bar on Little Rd, and I have to say, it was the worst drink I have ever tasted. I won't be going back! Also, the staff member's hair was quite unkempt, which didn't help the experience. Definitely not returning!

I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t make sure your açaí bowls taste good when you have Grain and Berry right across the street. This store is managed by indifferent teenagers, and Nekter employs deceptive tactics to lure customers in with the promotion of a free smoothie if you download their app, which is misleading and not honored in-store. I was eager to try a new smoothie place since we usually go to Smoothie King, but I'll be returning to the best option next time.

As much as I need a smoothie sometimes going into this particular location isn’t always worth it. The young staph are constantly rolling their eyes either while you’re ordering or while chatting to each other while they make your order. It’s an unpleasant feeling going into this location. It’s a real shame. They smile and say hello but their childish behavior over shadows their efforts. I’m sure they’re aware of it but don’t care. Maybe they need better management. If their employees weren’t so cold maybe their smoothies and juices would taste better. I wish I didn’t feel I had to write this review but customer service is crucial for a successful business. I had an excellent experience at the Mitchell Ranch location in Trinity. Every staff member is not only kind but also highly competent and efficient, consistently going above and beyond. The store is spotless, and the products are maintained with great care. The juices are always top-notch, consistently receiving a perfect score from me. The standout feature for me has been the customer service! It's incredibly convenient when they bring my curbside orders out, especially when I'm in a rush for work. I've never had an incorrect order; it's always perfect service. Plus, their great promotions and rewards programs are a wonderful bonus. This has saved me so much time compared to when I used to...
