"Thanksgiving Dinner at Neptune Diner was so great! We ordered the incredible turkey dinner special on Thanksgiving and the food was delicious, smash sweet potatoes, turkey, gravy and cranberry jam! My had a few different meals but they enjoyed every thing and moment here. The salad was delicious as well as the soft bread with butter. The service was excellent, they staff were extremely helpful and generous. It was the perfect setting and location, hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did! I wish I could have known you in your heyday. Instead, the reheated, rock-hard spinach pie likely gave me food poisoning and ruined one day of a 4 day vacation. Blub blub.

The service was good, no complaints The price was reasonable until I got the food ….. The food , I ordered a NY steak , the meat was horrible, too burned ,no taste , the vegetables no taste at all … But the mushrooms was good I suggest go for first I was good on my first time…

Try to go to Neptune soon. The city has the area rezoned and Neptune will soon become bulldozed, so rich developers can build high-risk condos for extremely rich people. No diner is more atmospheric than neptune, and the food is a cut above the typical diner. Efficient service and fair prices. A great diner in every respect and it doesn't take long.

Love this typical but way above average NY Diner. A small amount of parking available in front and more in the back. Easy in and out also right next to the train line. Clean and safe area. Wait staff is excellent, like a jump back in time. Food was good. Fish Chips lunch was great. Best tarter sauce EVER. Ckn salad club sandwich was good. Fries were great. Lemon pie huge w/ a delicious sponge type cake crust. Across the street the Jets or maybe it was the Sharks played bball an I kept waiting for them break out in song dance.
