"Traveling through, around lunch time we often look for out of the way, hole in the wall, type establishments, as that’s usually where you find the best food. Acosta’s Nieto’s Cafe did not disappoint! Being from Texas, we had to ask if they had salsa that was hotter and what our waiter brought us was super good! We had the tacos de pastor, and tacos parrilla. Both excellent! If I ever pass through Hugoton again I hope it’s at lunch time, because I would for sure stop again!"

Without a doubt, this is the best spot in Hugoton for quick and convenient Mexican food. The dishes are authentic and truly capture the flavors of south of the border cuisine, making every bite a delight. I won’t be dining anywhere else!

The tacos al pastor that I had was amazing. Although it did take a long time to get our food but they were extremely busy that night. I would definitely go back and try different items off the menu. The staff was apologetic because it took longer than expected but they were extremely nice.
