"The appetizers were definitely impressive, but the $65 ribeye was disappointing. It lacked tenderness and flavor. I ordered it medium rare, but it came out medium; I initially thought it might be a strip steak, but the chef assured me it was indeed a ribeye. I ended up eating it, but I regret that decision. Don’t fall into the trap of believing that the most expensive item on the menu is worth the price—it would have been acceptable at $25, but certainly not more."

Service and atmosphere were ok. Tons of liquor. Drinks were very heavily poured. Makes drinking them difficult. Hardly any beer whatsoever. Food was way over priced and very few menu items. Definitely will not be back.

I've worked in the industry many years and have to say 96 west is doing everything right. Excellent service ND Robert, the house som is unbelievably knowledgeable about wine and liquor. I will always come back when I visit family in Brenham!!

If you order the French toast for breakfast/brunch, be prepared for one small piece of bread cut into 4 skinny strips. The rest of the meals come with a good amount of food, even enough for leftovers. Not sure why they do the French toast like that. Visualizza piatti

Great food and service. We sat at the bar and loved our experience. The smoked bacon mac n cheese is a must. We were visiting from out of town for one night and decided to try it after looking at reviews. Great vibe. If we lived there we would be regulars.

Everything about this this place is excellent. The atmosphere, the location, and the food was absolutely delicious. Big portions. Margreta is what an amazing server should be. She was friendly and made us felt welcome. She explained the menu and was just sweet. I will definitely return. We had the butchers special and the grilled chicken jasmine rice.
