Noodles & Company - Piatti

I have tried taking my daughter to this restaurant four times, but each time it has been closed when we arrived. Either there are unplanned training sessions, or they only accept online orders.

I love other locations of Noodles, but this one is by far the worst in the area. We came by today (Sunday) around 1:30 and it was closed (hours were supposedly 11-9). I cannot find anything that would have indicated online that they would have beenclosed. What is going on??

I would give you a zero but it?s not an option. I?m so disappointed in your service that I would never return to this location. Honestly, you knew when you packaged my order that it was burnt and yet instead of remaking it you bagged it up and sent me on my way. Thanks!!! I work two jobs and this was supposed to be my dinner. Without a doubt, it's the best gluten-sensitive mac and cheese I've ever tasted! I added the parmesan-crusted chicken, and it was a perfect combination. Plus, the fountain drinks had just the right balance of carbonation and syrup, which can be hard to find. Overall, I absolutely recommend Noodles Company and will definitely be ordering again. I would have posted a picture of the mac and cheese, but I couldn't stop eating it!

I ordered spicy Korean noodles but received Japanese noodles instead. My child accidentally took a large bite of the spicy dish before realizing what it was, and I couldn't drive back the 15 minutes to fix the issue. Additionally, I ordered a boba drink, but my child didn’t get any bubbles in hers—there were hardly any! We were shopping in Apex and had a craving for Noodles & Company since the locations closer to our house (Parkwest and Parkside) have closed. This experience reminded me why those two places went out of business, and I really hope we don’t make the same mistake again.

When Noodles & Company first opened, their food and service were exceptional. Unfortunately, the quality has now become inconsistent, and the service is practically nonexistent. This isn't simply a matter of age; the manager, who ought to be experienced enough to prioritize customer service, is lacking in that regard. They even lock the entrance doors an hour early to deter customers from coming in. If corporate were to conduct a mystery shopper evaluation of this location, they would probably either close it down or revamp it entirely. I am extremely disappointed given the money spent. Get there around like 1:57 PM. Place my order about 1:58. I did not get my food not until about 2:18.. I literally waited 22 minutes for my food. And when I did receive the food it was almost cold (Most of the time I don't care if I'm waiting 20 minutesfor food, but when I receive the goods and it's cold it's disappointing). I was tempted to go back in but I was already on myway to work, so I just did not have the time time to wait another 20 more minutes. I will not be back at this location. Theatmosphere was just also a depressing. You can just sense that nobody wanted to be there working. Nobody smiled either. I willnot be back at this location.

This restaurant is rarely open during their posted hours. Today, they accepted online orders for times when they weren’t even open. I, along with three other customers, stood outside waiting for our orders. We had to call the staff inside to get refunds because we all tried to pick up our online orders at 12, but they decided to open at 2 instead and left the online orders active without reason. The staff may be overwhelmed on busy days, but the poor communication and frequent inconveniences will be detrimental to their business. I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but my spouse really wanted to eat at this place, and who is one to deny their sweetie a craving. Well, it was a meal with diverse emotions and points of view. On the one hand, I didn't like what I ordered because it had no flavor (the rigatoni), what my spouse ordered was good. These days ALL places are requesting staff and I want to understand that due to the lack of employees they do not have time to clean the place (let's give them the benefit of the doubt), it is worth mentioning that the girl who took our order (she did not have a badge, so I didn't know her name) was super kind and nice.
