Amazing food and very friendly owners. Best meal in a long time every dish and side dish was perfectly cooked to perfection. I would give them 10stars if I could.

Have been going there since we moved here in 2005. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. We highly recommend it. No matter how crowded it is you will be treated as though you are special.

Absolutely fantastic! Isabelle is lovely and the staff made us feel like family. Our entire meal was exquisite. We have found a hidden gem in Spring Hill and we just may be here once a week. Kudos to Isabelle, Chef Kinds and everyone else who puts so much love and attention into their passion.

I love Nouvelle Cuisine, my new favorite restaurant. When you first walk in the door you are greeted by the warm, friendly staff who go the extra mile to ensure your experience is the very best. I went with my parents not too long ago enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with food that was comforting spectacular.

Nouvelle Cuisine is simply magnificent! It's the only 5-Star dining experience I've ever encountered in all of Hernando County. Amazing European cuisine that will blow you away no matter which dish you choose and the service is just as good. Chef Kinds and Isabelle, thank you for the amazing experience each time we visit!

We have driven by this place a million times and finally decided to stop in for our anniversary dinner. When you walk in, it's almost like you're transporting to a different place. You don't feel like you're in Spring Hill anymore. The service was great and the food was delicious. My NY strip was perfectly cooked and my husband loved his rack of lamb. And the creme brulee was the best we've ever had. The menu is not overly complicated but you can tell they take pride in their fresh ingredients and take the time to create beautiful dishes. Well worth the visit. We will be back!

Owner Isabelle greeted us and showed us to our reserved booth. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a perfectly romantic setting, laid out in such a way to encourage intimate conversation.
