"It was terrible. I had guest from out of town. The waitress got to order wrong. One person never got dinner. Then the other meal was wrong. The steak was supposed to be medium rare and it was well done. The waitress left shift and never told us. We told someone cleaning the table next to us that a meal was missing. We eventually had someone else come over and then told them one dinner was missing. I guess he noticed one person was not eating. He said he will check with kitchen and never came back. Eventually the manager came over and he did not charge for the over done steak and apologized"

Novocentro is located in Mary Brickell Village with accompanying congestion and noise. Park is nearby garages or use valet. The service on Saturday was unusually slow. We tried the Miami Spice menu with an $20 upgrade for aged beef. One glass of mid level Argentinian red wine was $20 which is a bit pricy for Miami- in our experience. The bill total was $190 including tax and pre added tip. For this price the quality of the food, service and atmosphere does not warrant a second visit. Other nearby restaurants offer better value.
