"Great experiences! The place is incredibly clean and nicely decorated, and there is little to no wait however there were always people coming and going (even at the late hours we have lunch). The food here tastes fresh and they have their flavors perfected! I would be happy with anything that came from here, no matter what base, toppings, or sauce was on it! Also I was very happy with the quantity of food given relative to the price. All around this is a 5 star place.Vegetarian options: Great falafel! They also give you plenty, whereas other Mediterranean places would give you like 3 little ones they give like 7."

"Wild Ginger was a great experience. What I like most is the amount of vegetarian/vegan options they have! I feel like it’s not always easy to find vegetarian food at an Asian restaurant, but they had a full menu filled with tasty options. The environment was very welcoming and the server was fantastic. Super nice guy. The food was pretty great, I enjoyed the Thai Curry with tofu! The curry could have had a little more flavor, but overall a great meal. A lot of flavor and a lot of great vegetables."

"However, yesterday, there were some unfamiliar gentlemen in black shirts in the kitchen who were responsible for messing up my order. They weren't the usual staff I see, and typically my orders are perfectly prepared and rung up correctly. This time, though, something went wrong. I know the cashier wasn't to blame since the receipt was accurate. I find some of the negative comments frustrating because, from my experience as a customer, the staff here is genuinely nice and has a great demeanor. I understand that food allergies are serious, and while I don't want to give up on this location over one mistake, we will be taking a break for a while because my stomach can only take so much. I recognize that errors happen, but it’s important to show appreciation for the staff who try their best to ensure customer satisfaction. We all have off days."

"The customer service was good, but it seemed that the female staff left most of the work to one guy, who handled everything from taking orders to serving customers at their tables. It would have been nice if they had offered him a bit more assistance, as he was also responsible for cleaning up. There wasn't much teamwork evident. Despite that, with just one person effectively running the entire restaurant during dinner service, the experience was quite satisfactory."

"Today on 07/02 is a great Tuesday! We were delighted to go to Roosters tonight to get some chicken wings. When we arrived we noticed the sign in the picture that mentioned $3 Apps on Tuesday. Now it says “Apps” which is plural. Great, we decided to get some Apps being that they are $3 on Tuesday. This is not the case I guess it is only 1 app that is discounted on Tuesday’s and the board doesn’t say which one, so it’s a guessing game! The waitress sent the manager over who was useless lied to us, said there was a sign that showed which app was $3. I attached a picture of the sign. Read on if you want the rest of the review, but just know the apps are not $3 and it is a singular app that is $3 and you gotta play a guessing game which one it is! The Chicken wings at Roosters are delicious. The service from the waitresses are great! The bartenders very friendly. The hostess…. Not friendly. The food is what you are here for. The food is worth it! Some of the best Chicken wings in the Columbus area! The management, awful! The girl who works on Tuesday’s doesn’t care that the sign is clearly wrong. She said she will let her GM know. Great, but that does nothing for us right now. Overall, id say go to Roosters, enjoy some wings. Just know the Hilliard Roam location is not the best."
