"Have frequented Duke's many times over the years and they always deliver! Food and service is always exceptional. In this particular situation, I made a reservation ahead because we had two under two in our party! When we arrived they had the coloring pages ready and water cups with lids! Wow, as a mom this was so awesome. Even brought out the kiddos food right away so we could sip on some cocktails and the kids could be distracted with their meals. Just very impressed and happy with those elements makes me want to choose Dukes more when family is in town knowing they take such good care of people!"

"Let me start by stating that I don’t do online reviews, I’m way to lazy. But after my last experience here, I felt absolutely compelled to make sure this place got the recognition it deserves. My girlfriend and I have gone there twice in the past week. Our first time there, we had such a pleasant time. The food was fantastic! We had gotten the braised beef soup, pork soup dumplings, tofu puff and glass noodle soup, then the pork and veggie steam buns. At first I was apprehensive about the cost, roughly 10-14 per dish. But after we got our food, my worries diminished. Everything was absolutely delicious! The braised beef soup was the definition of “to die for”. Enough so that it brought us back again at the end of the week! This time was not as good, it was phenomenally better!!! My girlfriend and I both got the braised beef soup this time, after last time being so incredible. We were not disappointed! It was heavenly! Though the food was the reason we came back, our server is the inspiration for this review(not to belittle the other employees . Our servers name was Jun. Within moments of being seated, he arrived with a smile on his face and took our drink order. After returning with our drinks, he helped us make our minds up on what side to order. This time, in tandem with the two braised beef soups, we got the pork chop fried rice(w/ white rice). The pork chop fried rice was ridiculously good. We could not get over how delicious the pork chop was! Then he made some small talk and made us feel more immersed in our dinning experience. We were enjoying not only the food, but the environment almost as much. He wasn’t overly talkative, but just the right amount to make our experience feel important, and unique. Nearing the end of our second trip there, we found ourselves not just talking about how outrageously good our food was, but how friendly and attentive our server was. From the fast meet and greet, to the way he always made sure our drinks were full, without us asking. Which seems like an easy task, but in combination with the huge amount of customers,and my ability to consume copious amounts of beverages(almost to an embarrassing extent), it’s often a servers nightmare. If there’s anything that can ruin an experience, it’s constantly having to wait for a drink refill(which for me seems to always be a problem), but not once was I left with that frustration. At the end of it all, it left us with such a strong positive impression, that we feel that Din Tai Fung will easily be one of our regular go to destinations for amazing food, and exceptional customer service. Thank you so much Jun for the incredible experience, you truly made our night memorable! We will be returning soon!!!"

"The wine, dinner plates and dessert were incredible! The food was very authentic! The service was spot on and made sure we were taken care of! The only downfall to the evening was the calamari appetizer, the breading that was used was flavorless but the sauce that was paired with it was very good. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice Italian restaurant."

"I frequent this restaurant and come to enjoy most of their dishes. So today, I ordered to-go the Pad Kee Mao with pork tofu . Side of prik nam plah พริกน้ำปลา and a Thai iced tea. I get home, open my food, and find I got Pad Thai pork tofu 2 stars and a Thai iced tea and no prik nam plah พริกน้ำปลา . I thought it was my mistake, but, I checked my dash cam and I said my order correctly and pronounced my Thai words correctly. Did they give me someone else’s order? Sadly, I didn’t want to go back, I was exhausted from a long day. So, I ate it. The flavors were good, the pork tofu portions were decent, exactly 2 stars spice, but I prefer wider rice noodles. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the Pad Thai ผัดไท , it just didn’t hit home for me. But, I bet the Pad Kee Mao ผัดขี้เมา would’ve been amazing as always!!! And the Thai iced tea is perfect! I wouldn’t be mad if they made the tea much stronger for us tea addicts I do recommend this restaurant. They’re close to the airport and parking is free. Come check it out if you have a layover, and it’s not too bad of a walk if the weather is decent. UPDATE: the restaurant called me back the same night and apologized for the mistake. They offered me a credit for my Pad Kee Mao and was kind enough to credit me a Thai Iced tea but I refused and was more than glad to pay for the tea. Excellent service and management."

"This restaurant is amazing. It is exactly what you hope for when eating at an airport restaurant, but it actually delivers and exceeds expectations. The food is flavorful, the service is excellent, and the prices are fair for the quality. I went around 3pm and had a late lunch, the portions are huge. Everything is fresh and well-seasoned, and the herb aioli is fantastic. I highly recommend the veggie burger, and it's worth the extra $2 to add both Tillamook cheddar and avocado. The service was exceptional, the staff was very nice, friendly, and attentive. I wish other sit-down restaurants had service like this. I never expected such great service at an airport, but they really impressed me. Definitely worth a visit, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a satisfying plant-based meal. I can't wait to stop by on my trip back. Thank you for making my trip enjoyable!"
