"The waitress seemed annoyed when we asked for sweetener and creamer for our coffee, bringing us five packets for our two cups. We ended up using all five, so I requested more. Throughout our meal, she did not smile, greet us, or show us any kindness; in fact, she barely spoke to us. I asked for a spoon to stir my coffee, and she brought a spoon that was visibly dirty. When our food arrived, I had to ask for napkins since we didn’t have any. She didn't acknowledge my request but simply went to the bar, grabbed four napkins, and dropped them on our table without a word. After that, she never returned to check on us. My husband ran out of coffee halfway through his meal. At one point, she somehow managed to catch the attention of the other table, where she promptly brought the coffee pot, completely ignoring us. That was the final straw. When I went up to pay the bill, she handed it to me without saying a word. Clearly, she shouldn’t be the face of your establishment. We weren’t sure if she had a bad night or what was going on, but she appeared as though she might be pregnant, so perhaps that affected her demeanor. Interestingly, I could hear her laughing and chatting with someone in the back, which was disheartening compared to her treatment of us. It’s unfortunate that our experience was marred by such poor service, as the food was delicious, our eggs were cooked perfectly, and the portion sizes were generous. The value for the money was also good. However, due to our experience with the waitress, we will definitely not return or recommend this place. We eat out and travel frequently, and while we’ve encountered bad service before, both my husband and I agree that this experience was far worse than any we have had before. You might want to reconsider who you have waiting on customers on a Sunday morning."

Wonderful place to eat the service is outstanding. Enjoyed their Friday night steak dinner. With a side salad was phenomenal. There customer service is always friendly and helpful outstanding.

I had a great steak sandwich and the service was excellent. That was five years ago. Update: This Wednesday, they offered FREE wings! I’m completely stuffed now. I also enjoyed some butterfly shrimp and six wings, along with a side of okra, which was superb! Visualizza piatti

Food was delicious, ordered to go and food was cooked and waiting but so was I on where to go. Had to wait for bartender to notice a new person at the bar to find out I needed to go next door to pick up my order. Where I went and waited a bit longer to get checked out. Food was put In plastic bag which made everything soggy. Though a bit soggy it was good!

The waitress brought our drinks and mentioned that the Dr. Pepper wasn't completely full because there was foam on top. Shortly after, the patty melt arrived—a full 30 minutes before the steak. We had to go to the bar to get our own silverware, napkins, and ketchup. The patty melt was lacking cheese on one half and had barely any on the other. The waitress offered to bring me a slice to add if I was unhappy, which was surprising for a patty melt. Next, the salad came out, but instead of ranch dressing, it had Thousand Island.
