The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the food is delightful. The establishment is always kept clean, and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend dining here!

Today, I ordered curbside pickup from a location that I don't usually visit, but it was the closest one at the time. I'm pleased to say they did a much better job than my usual spot in Downey. The pickup process was incredibly quick, and they even added extra cheese and sauce as I requested, which I really appreciated.

We also ordered calamari, but it never arrived, and the waiter didn't inform us that it was unavailable or acknowledge its absence. I found the way the manager and waiter addressed these issues to be disappointing and not at all up to the level of service I expect. I usually don't write reviews for anyone, but my boyfriend and I were truly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Chris. He was incredibly friendly from start to finish and made it a point to check on us whenever he could, even during busy times. I can't emphasize enough how enjoyable our experience was and the positive impression he left on us, especially since we can be a tough crowd to impress. Thank you so much, Chris! If you've been to an Olive Garden before, you know what to expect from the food. Our waitress, who unfortunately I can't remember the name of but had a small heart tattoo on her face, was outstanding. My wife and I were seated promptly, but it took about 10 minutes for anyone else to check on us. Before that, we had already put down our menus and closed them when she approached us, despite not being assigned to our table. She truly went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

I organized a birthday dinner for my teenager with 25 guests on just a week's notice. I discovered that the restaurant doesn’t take reservations on weekends, but I spoke with Miguel, one of the managers, who kept me informed and allowed me to arrive an hour early to set up the decorations. Everything turned out wonderfully! I had two servers who were fantastic—very attentive and professional. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks because the staff made everything run smoothly. The only suggestion I have is for the restaurant to consider taking reservations and deposits.
