The food was fantastic! My favorite dish has to be the kampachi sashimi. The bread was also exceptional.

We ate as a group and ordered essentially the tasting menu. The food was excellent in taste, variety, innovation and balance. And it was a lot. And it was coupled with great service.

I love this place! It is THE restaurant that made me love raw fish. I never like raw fish before coming here. They do a fabulous job at making the best dishes and creating a great ambiance. The staff is exceptional, and the food is incredible. They offer unique sake that you won't find elsewhere. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to visit. We enjoy sitting at the high top bar because it allows for great conversations with the staff. Josh and Chef Trent have made each of our visits truly memorable.

This is our go to place for date nights. The food is high quality and prepared to perfection, every time. Sitting at the bar or counter always feels like you are in the kitchen with a personal chef. Josh and Gavin are attentive, friendly and have great recommendations on sake, beer and wine. Love, love, love this place!

I had a date night here and we ordered the 5 course meal. Absolutely amazing, it’s our favorite date night restaurant now. Everything from the flavors, to the plating, to the staff was more than I could ask for. Josh was our server and man what an excellent job he did. Helped us with our wine choices, was very knowledgeable about the food and was all around pleasant to engage with. Will be back for more in the future after this experience. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We sampled two raw dishes, dumplings, cornbread, and short rib. It was just the right amount of food for two people. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was delightful. The highlights for us were the cornbread and the kampachi; the flavor of the fish was mild, but its texture was spot on. The only downside was the pacing; the dishes arrived too quickly and too closely together, so I would have preferred a bit more spacing between them. We will definitely return to explore more of the menu!

Amazing and unexpected flavor and texture combinations. I'd never think sashimi goes with fermented bean paste, or cornbread with caviar and dill cream. And that sweet pastry thing with duck liver mousse. All the shell fish very fresh and delicious. When Asian flavors were used, they were creatively and perfectly implemented. I have not been so impressed in a long time. Too often at restaurants a menu item has descriptions that sound creative and interesting then it falls short, but here it is opposite, some the item descriptions here simply seemed weird but the results were beautiful. I'm so glad to hear the menu changes because I'm so intrigued to come back for new flavors.

I 've been to One Fish maybe 5 times now, each visit has been spectacular. Last week I brought my mom who doesnt like raw fish. We ordered a bunch of raw items for her to taste knowing that we could do a cooked cod if she didn 't like the raw items. She loved everything and we ordered more raw fish. The scallops are my fave but every dish was so good. I 'm excited that theyre doing sushi now too! Im never dressed fancy but always feel warmly welcomed and feel like Im getting a Michelin star experience.
