Lovely place for good food whilst driving I-70 from Denver going east. Was in the mood for veggies and lean proteins so hibachi works great. Staff were super pleasant and the food was really tasty! Poor A/C was doing its best, it was 104* outside when I dined here and was a bit warm, but not too bad. Would stop again should I find myself in the area! Service: Dine in Visualizza piatti

I visited this restaurant for the first time while traveling through the countryside. I had a great experience and enjoyed my meal. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent, earning a perfect score of 5. The recommended dishes, including Shrimp Tempura, Miso Soup, and California Roll, were delicious. There was plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

I've eaten at some of the best Japanese restaurants in the United States, and for where and what it is, Osaki does a fantastic job. It's our go-to in Hays (and probably Kansas) for Sushi. They don't have the nicest facilities, but they do have friendly staff and fresh fish. I had Sushi at a restaurant that was higher rated than Osaki in Manhattan, KS recently, and it just did not compare to Osaki's freshness and quality.

The Osaki Japanese Restaurant serves genuine Japanese cuisine in a traditional setting. The exterior of the building is adorned in traditional Japanese red, making it easily recognizable.
