"The interior was rather cold, even when seated in the middle of the restaurant. The pancakes may not look very appetizing, but surprisingly, they taste pretty good. The wings also have a nice flavor. Fast forward to 2021, I returned with a friend. However, you can no longer dine in; it’s strictly takeout, and again, cash only. I found that the food didn't taste as good as I remembered, and the portions seemed small for the price you pay. I might give this place another chance in the future, but I wouldn't count on it."

I love waffles and this place meets my waffle expectations! We ordered a few different things all were really good. Customer service was pretty good, that's always an important factor. I will definitely return again soon.

I specifically requested a short stack to be cooked lightly, but both pancakes were burnt and tasted inedible. The platter with two eggs, meat, and grits was good, as was the coffee (served in a mug). However, the home fries on the two eggs with meat platter were also burnt.

I meant to take a photo of my meal, but I couldn't resist devouring it too quickly! I had the fish, eggs, and grits platter. The scrambled eggs with cheese were fluffy, delicious, and just right. The large piece of crispy flounder was fried to perfection, and the generous serving of buttery grits was exactly what I was craving. It was perfect! I will definitely be ordering from here again!
