"We had a nice meal at PM Steamers. The restaurant is located in a picturesque location, right at the marina. I don't think there's a bad place there. My husband and I both ordered the Crab Stuffed Tilapia, and it was just delicious. The service was excellent. The waiting staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. A great dinner."

A lovely atmosphere, located next to where the S.S. Badger is docked for winter. The meal was wonderful, but they don't serve rolls and salad with their entrees. Never the less, 5 star meal, 5 star service!

Old-fashioned and casual do not do food justice. The paprika bisque and beef plants are a kind of. Steaks are cooked for perfection and fresh seafood. The garlic potatoes are smooth and clobular with skin. You also have Turtle Cheesecake for Dessert! My favorite place as a tourist on my first visit to this great city.

"30 minutes after they opened and had luck enough to get the last available table! The dining area is very small, so reservations are highly recommended. All staff were friendly and our waitress was attentive. Pretty sure the guy who works the oven is the owner... he thanked everyone when they left. Our pizza was delicious! I'm kind of picky about pizza (some from Chicago), but their were fantastic. Crust is buttery and PERFECT... sauce has a small kick to him that we enjoyed...the supplements were plentiful. My only complaint (if it is worth mentioning) is that they put the meat on the cheese. Strange! It also tends to make the pizza fat. But I would go back totally!!!"

"My husband and I came here for a data night and it was okay. Eating was decent, but the server wasn't the best. My husband put his mug on the table and the bottom of the mug broke, he didn't knock him down, but it broke what was strange to us. I often tried to get the servers attention, but she wouldn't come to our table. She checked the tables next to us, but not ours. When she finally came to us, we told her what happened, she asked us as if it broke expediently. I'm a server so I understand many things, but that was not a good experience, and we probably won't be back and can't recommend this place to others."

"I recently took a quick weekend trip to Ludington and discovered the vibrant and welcoming House of Flavors restaurant. As soon as I stepped inside, I was transported back to the nostalgic vibe of an old-fashioned candy and malt shop. I ordered a meal featuring roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, and dressing, and I was pleased to learn that they roast their turkeys right on the premises. My wife opted for the chicken salad. Our server, who was a local, was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. I indulged in a classic malt, while my wife chose the amaretto cherry sundae, topped with hot fudge. It was pure decadence!"

"Ate at Jamesport after getting off the ferry. Checked in, got a buzzer and sat outside to wait for our table. Would have liked to have sat at the bar while we waited, but it was full. I think we were quoted a 15-20 min wait, and it only took about 15 to get seated. Once we sat down, everything went really quickly. Drinks came out fast, followed quickly by the soup and then our meals. My wife had the fish and chips which was very good. It was light and tasty made with a great beer batter. My Rueben was closer to average. Flavor wasn't bad, it's just that I prefer corned beef that is shredded, not deli type sliced and the meat was a little dry. We both ordered soups, I had the soup of the day (which was cream of mushroom) and my wife had the Cheese Ale. We liked them both very much. Even though food came out quickly, we had a really rough time getting refills on our drinks. Pretty much empty for most of our meal, even though we asked for refills a couple of times. Would have liked a friendlier waitress or at least a smile. Not sure if she was unfriendly.... More like she was shy. Restaurant (at least indoors) is pretty loud. It's a cool building, but the hardwood floors and high ceilings make for a lot of echo. Maybe ask for something outdoors if looking for something more intimate. Overall, enjoyed our meal. Would highly recommend any fish with their beer batter. Soups were good too."

"The food here is simply fantastic! The staff at the register were incredibly friendly, and you can really see their passion for their work. The mustard BBQ sauce is hands down the best we’ve ever tasted. The cooks pay close attention to the customers as they place their orders, so they start preparing the food even before the order is complete. This means that by the time you finish paying, your meal is almost ready. We will definitely be coming back!"
