"As for the food, they serve complimentary salad and breadsticks before your meal, similar to Olive Garden, but I personally found their salad and breadsticks to be even better. I opted for a grilled chicken pasta dish with sautéed vegetables and almond sauce, while my daughter created her own pasta with angel hair, grilled chicken, and Alfredo sauce. I thought the Alfredo sauce was a bit bland, but that tends to be the case with Alfredo sauces in general, so keep that in mind. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my meal and took a generous portion home! The serving sizes are quite large, and with the addition of salad and breadsticks, you definitely get more than enough food. While the prices may seem a bit high, considering the quality of the ingredients and portion sizes, I didn't feel like I overpaid. Overall, we had a great experience, and I'd love to return to try more dishes. With so many appealing options on the menu, it’s hard to fully evaluate the restaurant based on just one visit. I hope to share more updates in the future!"

Our server, John, was fantastic, and the food was delightful. I was really disappointed when they had to close the Lawrence location, but I was so glad we decided to make the trip to Topeka.

Our server was great! Very accommodating and attentive. The food is so much better than any chain Italian restaurant in Topeka. They had $5 martini special on Monday. They are dangerously delicious.

Dined near close on Sunday evening. Wait staff was super friendly and cheerful. The food was pretty good, although not quite worth the $20 price tag on the entrees. Minimal wait for the food. FREEZING inside in July, even while wearing a light jacket. But great atmosphere and friendly staff.

My gf and I LOVE Paisano's. The food is all kinds of tasty, they know how to make a drink with the right amount of alcohol, the staff are friendly, and we've never had a wait time! I highly recommend for a casual, but nice dinner or date night. Pro tip: add Italian sausage to any pasta dish for an instant upgrade! Vegetarian options: Can order basically any dish sans meat.
