"I’ve been coming here for 4 years. Ordered via phone at 4:05pm today, arrived at 4:25pm and paid. The employee said it would be just a few minutes. Asked again at 4:40 and she stated just a few more minutes. At 4:45pm I asked again and she said the pizza was never made. There was more than one opportunity to correct the initial mistake. She then laughed at the situation, I let her know it’s not funny. I asked for a refund."
