She added, We are in business for bakery, we are not cutting bagel for customers, sometimes, we are busy, we do not do that On weekdays, we always have coffee there, and we decided to grab a bagel for breakfast and drive to work. a half-sized bagel will be easier for us to have while we are in the car.We were ordering online and filled the special instruction field with Please cut the bagel in half and with a plastic knife They not only refused the cutting but also gave us a spoon instead of the knife (to spread the butter we ordered , Just like other customer states in the reviews, this cafe does not willing to address customer 's reasonable requests, instead, use 'policy ' to fighting with clients.We then called Panera customer service; the customer service Rep said they were sorry about what happened in Parsippany and offered us 4 bagels for compensation (which does not address the issue), and the customer service did mention there is no such no cutting bagel in half policy .I visit this cafe a lot (almost every day), and there are times need to remind them the coffee is out. The manager 's focus is not taking their service to meet their brand standard. Instead, they spend time fighting with customers like you.We tried another cafe nearby(Handover), same online instruction; they did help us to cut the bagels. And we asked if this type of service is a one-time courtesy thing. The staff says, it 's a normal request. You are welcome to be here.In the end, I lived in Parsippany; I wanted proper service in my town; I did not have any store owner/manager come out and fight with customers for cutting a (one) bagel for customers Do you think I am asking too much?"

Slow service for picking up 2 items. They need more help making orders. Stay away during lunch they are super slow at making orders. Hire more help ASAP.

Every once in a while, I like to stop by for a cup of coffee and perhaps a snack or breakfast. I enjoy having lunch there, despite the occasional busyness. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. If there was ever an issue, they promptly addressed it.

Great drive-thru experience! Delia assisted me in choosing my order in a friendly and efficient manner. My fiancée and I were just looking for Green Passion smoothies, but they were out of spinach. (Naturally, I created a whole story about why they might run out of spinach), but Delia kindly explained the real reason. She was genuinely happy to help and had a big smile that always makes a positive impression in my opinion.

I am sitting in the parking lot outside of this Panera after just getting a couple of coffees and felt compelled to write this. This review is wholly and totally due to one person who works at Panera, Donna. She manages the drive thru and I go out of my way to this Panera specifically because of her. Not only does she, without fail, always get every single order I place right (and Im a bit annoying with restrictions/modifications) she makes recommendations that are spot on, is extremely efficient and so pleasant to interact with, even after a sleepless night pre-coffee! It was inconvenient to return home, then go back, wait, and finally get to eat again. But I'm willing to give them another chance. They made errors, but they acknowledged them in the end. Update (February 2021): David made good on his offer, for which I am grateful. Update 2: I'm taking away a star. I will return when David's offer is concluded. Update: I called back and after two minutes, David answered. He offered me a free sandwich next time, which I appreciate. Supplement: The Broccoli Mac and Cheese was disappointing. On weekdays, we often stop by for coffee and decided to grab a bagel to enjoy on our way to work. It would have been much easier to manage in the car if it had been cut in half. When placing our online order, we requested in the special instructions that the bagel be cut in half, and asked for a plastic knife to be included for spreading our butter.
