Food was great but the seating area was very worn looking.

Bagel was overbaked with no flavor. Cashier acted like it was a bother for her to answer my questions.

Dirtiest panera I've ever stepped foot in. All trash overflowing, trash all over floor. Out of croissants. Unaccompanied minors notbhelping the environment.

UNSANITARY The place was extremely unclean. I can’t emphasize enough how grimy it was. I'm shocked it's still in business. I won't be returning to Panera...never again.

Will not come back to this one! Went in the cashier didn't make eye contact and the customer in front of me acting like she was the only customer, the cashier could have said I'll be right with you but didn't and then when I finally got to ask if they had what I wanted he said no.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. I hired a babysitter hoping to enjoy a peaceful dinner while getting some work done without my kids around. However, I was met with a very loud and disrespectful atmosphere. The staff were shouting at each other and singing inappropriate songs, which was not what I expected at Panera. It took quite some time for anyone to take my order. To make matters worse, the place was untidy. I understand that high school students can be noisy during lunch, but I was there at 7 PM, and there was still trash from earlier in the day scattered on the floor. It was quite unpleasant. This restaurant could be a fantastic spot if, and that's a big IF, there was actually a place to sit and enjoy the meal you've paid for during the week. The place is often filled with high school students, which is fine, but if you’ve paid for a meal, finding a seat to eat is nearly impossible. The food was delicious, except for the hair I found in the kitchen sink cookie I ordered. I get that cookies have a variety of ingredients, but hair shouldn’t be one of them. I'm not sure how the lack of seating for paying customers can be addressed, but I hope something can be done. I witnessed elderly patrons desperately searching for a place to enjoy their meal.
