The experience was wonderful, but I was disappointed to find that many of their menu items were unavailable on Saturday at noon.

Usually, it's pretty good food and service. I do seem to get the wrong order often, though. They usually make sure to fix the h issue without too much hassle.

I ordered a 16oz smoothie but received a 12oz instead. I asked for a half Caesar salad and ended up with a whole one. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning. Visualizza piatti

Dede, Cindy, Cassie, Robin are the friendliest, kind people and represent Panera in the best way possible. Service, Food, Atmosphere were outstanding! Highly recommend!!!

I have been here 4 times and i always leave disappointed. I kept thinking i was trying the wrong things, but it turns out most of it is horrid. Overpriced hospital food is the best description for it.

I visited this restaurant with friends and ordered the walnut apple chicken salad for the second time. It's delicious, featuring a mix of lettuce, tender chicken, candied walnuts, and chunks of blue cheese, all drizzled with a light vinaigrette. We ordered southwest chicken ceasar salads, at the drive thru. We asked for extra chicken. We were charged for extra chicken. When we got all the way home to eat, our salads had NO chicken on them at all. It was very disappointing. Even the quality of the salad was not great. Each salad had a couple of big bitter chunks from the very middle of the romain, that normaly isn't served in a salad. It was very disappointing.

The dining experience at this restaurant is straightforward and refreshing. The soups, particularly the onion soup, are delicious. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere. Each table is neatly set, ensuring a clean dining experience. The service may not be the strongest aspect, but it seems to fit the restaurant's overall business model. The baked goods and breads are also delicious. Overall, it is an intriguing place to visit.

My grandmother, mom, and I all decided to try this place out for the first time. My mom wanted a specific soup to go with a certain type of bread. The server told us we can not order that type of bread if we are getting that type of soup. We tried everything just to try to get that specific bread and soup for my mom, even offered to leave and come back to order the bread separately. They would not let us have the bred we wanted…. Never have I ever been to a restaurant where we couldn’t order something from the menu… we tried EVERYTHING from ordering more food, more bread, ordering separately (my grandma and I would get my mom her soup, then my mom would go in separately for the bread).
