The food at Papa John's Pizza was cold and lacked flavor, and the service was extremely slow. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I really enjoy ordering delivery from this place. They are consistently quick, even during busy times, and the drivers are always friendly. I even attempted to use the pizza tracker, and it was surprisingly fast. I've never had any issues here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. When I picked up my pizza it looked like one of the workers with glasses threw my pizza across the store! The manager looked at the pizza and made a joke about it. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. Please Stay awayfrom this location. Visualizza piatti

I order all the time never had this issue maybe the new $6 special. My one pizza barely had any toppings. The second pizza said no cheese instead no sauce and ton of cheese. The cinnamon pulls are over cooked, no icing, and it looks like someone threw itin a box or picked at it.

We?ve been ordering from this location for years but the quality has gone down. Multiple orders with over hour long delivery times. Times are tough, I get that. The issue is the honesty of the situation and accountability. Delivery times are relayed as20-30 minutes only for it to take 60 minutes or more. Then the store doesn?t answer calls. We are done ordering here. There areplenty of other options.

Wish I could give it 0 stars, very disappointed with my order I received. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and mambo sauce wings. The pizza had no cheese on it and the cheese was so dry it looked like it was a previous customers order that they forgot togive out or an extra medium cheese lying around. The wings came undercooked and no sauce was on them, who gives outs sauce lesswings. For $30 and a $5 tip? Ridiculous never ordering from this store again . And the manager did nothing to help. As I approached the counter, I noticed the small shield that was poorly attached and seemed to be coming apart as I spoke. I mentioned that I typically don't order in-store, and he sarcastically responded that they also only accept payments of $20 or less for delivery. As a customer, I believe there’s a respectful way to communicate with clients, even when discussing policies. I was merely stating my usual practice, but it apparently upset John, the manager. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this restaurant; my money is better spent where I feel valued as a customer. Ordered 3 items from this place. Pizza, Wings and Garlic Knots. The pizza was great, there was cheese and toppings. Tasted great! The wings were terrible, there was aftertaste and it wasn't cooked all the way! Nasty! The garlic Knots were great. -1 star for the wings, skip this at all costs. This order was a pickup. I recently ordered from Papa John's Pizza and was disappointed to discover only after paying that they use DoorDash for delivery instead of their own drivers. The pizza arrived crushed, as if the driver had braked suddenly causing it to shift. The delivery driver also told me the restaurant was out of the drink I ordered, so it wasn’t delivered. When I contacted the store to request a refund, they only offered store credit, which I didn’t want. Despite asking for the drink to be delivered later, it never arrived.
