"Additionally, some staff members need to improve their professionalism. I realize most of them are teenagers, but on multiple occasions, I've walked in to find them giggling, chatting, and even cursing in the back. They often don’t acknowledge customers until you have to call for assistance. At times, they can come off as snobby or have an attitude. Mistakes can happen, and I’m okay with that; we're all human. However, the combination of these errors and the lackluster customer service led me to write this review. Like I mentioned, this location was much better in the past and I would have rated it five stars before. But in its current state, it’s just okay."

I am a huge fan of Papa Murphy's Pizza! I truly hope they consider opening locations on the East Coast. Their pizza is at least as good, if not better, than many of the delivery choices available near my home.

I ordered online and waited over 15 minutes after it was supposedly going to be ready. They gave me a cheese pizza, not what I ordered. I asked them to just make the pizza I ordered and they claimed that was what I ordered.

Dominique is fantastic! I mentioned that I could not have cheese and that I wasn't fond of the dairy-free option they offer. She was also out of meatballs, but she went above and beyond to remove the cheese from some pre-made ones just for me! What a sweetheart! Visualizza piatti

This location is great! Every once in awhile you get that disgruntled employee that hates people even though they are working a customer service job, but you ran into that just about anywhere nowadays. Other than that...Great place, good food, convenient location!! ?

An absolute disaster of a business I would not recommend going here to go anywhere else. I am so irritated right now I called in an order. It was very simple. I showed up 25 minutes later, and there was no record of my order so then I paid for the pizza and waited patiently they took the wrong name down, my name is Sam. I somehow gotten listed as Melissa and so I waited another 45 minutes before I get my pizza.
