"Not one of my favorite Papa Murphys. Old, small building. Rude woman at the order counter. I stopped in to pick up cheesy bread for my kids and the computer system wasn't working. I didn't notice the sign on the door explaining this so when I went to order I saw the paper at the register explaining that the computer system was down and I asked the rude woman at the register if I needed cash to pay and she stared at me and pointed at the paper. Rudly implying I should read the explanation on the paper. I found this very rude and extremely bad customer service. For one thing the printed paper was 2 paragraphs long and small print. A bold, short statement of: COMPUTER SYSTEM DOWN, CASH ONLY would have worked much better. It would have been seen by all, instead of leaving customers unknowing and being treated rudly by staff. Won't be returning to this location."

It's always a great experience here. The other places are good too, but this one has some special staff that set it apart, and I can’t quite put my finger on why.

Great pizza! I order from here more often than from other delivery places. Their thin crust and stuffed options are unbeatable. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean.

They updated the app to include an automatic tip of 15% for a pizza you pick up from a shelf, take home, and cook yourself. I'm not opposed to tipping, but it should be MY choice, not theirs.

The pizza at this restaurant is mouth-wateringly delicious, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful! I encountered a problem while trying to order online, but they were patient and worked with me until we were able to fix it. I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10 rating!
