Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza

Always my go to prepare meal for families with new babies. And it's usually a short wait for fresh made take and bake pizzas. Just a little pricey in general though, so we don't go often.

Regrettably, my order was incorrect for the fourth time. I took extra care to double-check it this time. It seems that the person at the register works quickly, but tends to make mistakes.

I ordered a pizza for pickup, and the website indicated it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, when I arrived 40 minutes later, I was informed that they hadn't even begun making it yet. There was no phone call, email, or text to update me. Visualizza piatti

I recommend taking a closer look at the pizza from this restaurant. Take a look at the picture — it cost $16.83 full price. If I had known how unevenly the ingredients were distributed, I would have asked them to remake it. The quality control here is disappointing.

I ordered the s?mores dessert. It was terrible. What happened to the one made like the pizza dough. The ?cookie dough? I couldn?t get baked enough. There was oatmeal bits in it. Why? I pretty much only go here for this dessert. Needless to say it?s wasted cuz it went in the trash.

If I could give a zero rating for the food, I absolutely would. I've been a regular at this restaurant for months, visiting almost weekly, but tonight's experience was shocking. I ordered a family-sized chicken garlic pizza on original crust, and it was unbelievable! A completely different staff was working, and my pizza was so thin that it felt like I was eating off a chip! Additionally, there weren’t nearly enough toppings to cover the pizza from edge to edge. I ended up having to add cheese when I got home. I’m incredibly frustrated and plan to contact corporate with pictures. I have no idea where the previous staff was, but I will NOT be returning with the crew that was there tonight!

When I finally got a chance to speak with the manager at 4:45 PM, he was quite dismissive and rude. Honestly, I was surprised I managed to stay calm. It was clear they had lost the ticket for one of my pizzas, as I had two ready but one was missing. When I tried to explain the situation to him, he became aggressive and accused me of being rude, insisting they hadn’t made any mistakes. All he needed to do was apologize and promptly get me my final pizza, and I would have left happy. Instead, he talked down to me, interrupted me, and was outright disrespectful. The pizza here is consistently good; I've never had a problem with it. The staff is usually 99% friendly and courteous. I would give this place 5 stars, but I had a less than pleasant encounter with the man at the counter on April 12, 2022, around 5:00-5:30 PM. He came off as a bit obnoxious and pushy, only hearing what he wanted to hear and displaying a somewhat cocky attitude. This might not be his usual demeanor—I don’t want to be overly critical—but he was definitely out of line that evening. There’s no need for aggressive upselling when a customer clearly knows what they want. It's important to take the time to listen to your customers.
