Blanco, Terdoo, Austin, Jaime, Tahj, Alex are the best bartenders ever. I've been. Coming since 2010, at least. Great service, atmosphere, and mixologists.

Bar star Terdoo was super attentive, pleasant and FLY! She made my fav drink with a twist, if you thinking about pulling up ask for her, she got you. Tell her meeka sent you?.

I have been a loyal customer of Paps for many years. The staff, bartenders, atmosphere, food, drinks, and parking are all fantastic. There is no drama, the drinks are made with care, and there is always engaging conversation to pass the time. Terdoo, Blanca, Alex, Austin, Jaime, and Claude all bring this place to life, and I will continue to support them for years to come.

This restaurant needs to improve the quality of service for the prices they are charging. Despite its classy appearance, the service was awful. We hosted a party in the two back rooms on Saturday 8/3 at around 7:00 and it was uncomfortably hot due to the AC being locked by the owner. Guests had to ask for water and serve themselves, which was not acceptable. Additionally, there was a mix-up with an order of sweet potato fries, which were served as regular fries instead. The food took over an hour to arrive, causing some guests to leave before everyone could eat together. While the server was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. Perhaps I spend too much time in this place, but it's the best vibe in Essex County. The atmosphere here is relatively upscale, the service is on point and sometimes they feature live music. Happy hour prices and options are solid. And there are a few big screen tvs around the bar to catch a game! But the real beauty about this place is the personalities of the staff, all of whom have their own vibe and drink specialities. From Turdu, who is a sweetheart and just mixed me a yummy Mohito...to Austin, who is given to whipping up new drinks and good for some meaningful conversation...to Blanco and Jamie...solid bartenders.
